Together with Vanessa Materla, I visited the startup Yaak Technologies for Zeit Online. Their innovation: VR-based driving lessons. For rural driving schools, this is a game-changer, allowing students to train for complex city scenarios digitally. It’s an efficient shortcut—and hopefully a cost-reducing addition to practical behind-the-wheel training.
